Mary Lindsey wanted the reception to be "Southern gourmet" ("I am a southern belle at heart, and we would be moving to Georgia!" she laughs.) The 300 guests enjoyed gourmet barbecue pork tenderloin with grits and shrimp, along with sugar snap peas, sweet potato biscuits and rolls, and homemade peach ice cream.
