Asparagus with Balsamic Tomatoes

Yields 4 servings

1      lb   ASPARAGUS,   trimmed

2      teaspoons   OLIVE OIL  

1 1/2  cup   GRAPE TOMATOES,   halved

1/2    teaspoon   GARLIC,     chopped  

2      tablespoons   BALSAMIC VINEGAR  

1/4    teaspoon   KOSHER SALT  

4      ounces   CHEVRE,    crumbled

1/2   teaspoon   GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Cooking Instructions

Steam asparagus till crisp tender.  Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.  Add olive oil to pan; swirl to coat.  Add tomatoes and garlic; cook 5 minutes.  Stir in balsamic vinegar; cook 3 minutes.  Stir in salt.  Top asparagus with tomato mixture.  Sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
