Oven Instructions- Preheat oven. Entrées can be reheated directly in aluminum pan. Items in plastic container need to be transferred to a foil lined baking sheet.
Frozen Casseroles – You may cook frozen it may take up to 90 minutes at 350*. Or thaw overnight, do not let sit in refrigerator for more than one day after thawing, needs to be baked 350* 40-60 minutes, covered, uncover last 15 minutes. Check internal temperature (it should read 165°). Continue cooking temperature is reached and until hot and bubbly.
Chicken Pot Pie- From a frozen state, let pie thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake at 375* uncovered for 35-45 minutes, check internal temperature (it should read 165°). If it is not hot & bubbly cover with foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
Chicken entrée boneless breast – Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes, uncovered
Chicken on the bone -Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes cover with foil, remove foil last 5 minutes
Crab Cakes -Bake at 400°, uncovered, for 12-16 minutes
Pork Carnitas & BBQ Pork – Bake at 400°, covered, for 12-15 minutes
Pork Tenderloin with sauce – Bake at 350°, covered, for 16-20 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes
Beef Short Ribs- Bake at 400°, covered, for 16-20 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes
Meatloaf- Bake at 400°, covered, for 12-15 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes
Southern Fried Chicken- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 400°
Beef Filet- These have been seared for you, you may finish on the grill or in the oven.
Preheat oven to 425°. Based on your preference for degree of cooking…Cook to 130° for Rare, 138° for Medium Rare, 145° for Medium, 150° for Medium Well. Cooking time will depend on your oven, if using convection, it will cook faster. Check internal temperature after 12 minutes.
For Grill use the same method, cover, for 8 minutes and check internal temperature
Spanakopita – Bake at 425°, from a frozen state until golden brown. About 12-15 minutes (flip after 8 minutes) Additional time may be needed depending on your oven
Quiche- Bake at 350° from frozen state, covered, for about 20-25 minutes. Internal temperature should read 145°
Reheating Vegetables -You will need to reheat them on low heat, keeping the oven at around 200°-250° to not burn them or heat them too fast to a mush. To protect the steamed vegetables from both drying out and from becoming soggy, you should cover the vegetables with foil until the last few minutes of reheating.
Microwave Instructions – It is recommended to reheat food on 60% power to avoid drying out food. Stir food after a minute or two to ensure even reheating
Rice, Quinoa, Cous-Cous - Add a splash of water and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, stir, and heat for 1-2 more minutes or until warmed through
Polenta, Risotto and Pasta – Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stir, and heat for 1-2 minutes or until warmed through
Soups- Thaw soups in refrigerator overnight. Reheat in microwave safe container for 2-4 minutes on 60% power, stirring halfway though. Continue until desired temperature is reached. Soups can also be reheated on the stove over low heat for 5-8 minutes, stirring frequently as to avoid scorching on the bottom of the pot.
Chana Masala- Microwave 1-2 minutes, stir and repeat until warmed through
Black Bean Enchiladas- Microwave 1-2 minutes, stir and repeat until warmed through. This item can also be reheated in the oven at 350° on a sprayed non-stick pan, covered for 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Uncover for the last few minutes
Curries- Microwave 1-2 minutes, stir and repeat until warmed through
Spaghetti Squash- Microwave 1-2 minutes, stir and repeat until warmed through
Chicken Lollipops- Microwave 1-2 minutes or until warmed through. This item can also be reheated in the oven at 325° (add a tablespoon of water to bottom of pan to gently steam), tightly covered for 5-7 minutes or until heated through

Turkey Rubens & Grilled Cheese can be done in a skillet over medium heat. Spray pan or add a tablespoon of butter to the pan and gently heat until bread crisps to your liking
Take & Bake Pizza- Bake at 400° on sheet pan for 8-12 minutes or until bubbly and hot
Take & Bake Cookies- Bake at 350° for 7-10 minutes, rotate pan, bake another 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Take & Bake Scones – Keep frozen until ready to bake. Bake in a 350° oven for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Stuffed Shells – Bake in a 350° oven for 15-25 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
Take & Bake Salmon- Bake at 400°, uncovered for 12-15 minutes, if you like a more well-done salmon bake for 15-18 minutes max.
