Reheating instructions for your meals! 


Oven Instructions- preheat oven and place food on sheet pan. 

Frozen Casseroles - You may cook frozen it may take up to 90 minutes at 350*. Or thaw overnight, do not let sit in refrigerator for more than one day after thawing, needs to be baked 350* 40-60 minutes, covered, uncover last 15 minutes, check internal temperature 165* or until hot and bubbly.

Chicken Pot Pie- From a frozen state, let pie thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake at 375* uncovered for 35-45 minutes, check internal temp, should read 165. If it is not hot & bubbly cover with foil and bake for 15 more minutes.

Chicken entrée boneless breast - 375* 15-20 minutes, uncovered

Chicken on the bone -20-25 minutes cover with foil, remove foil last 5 minutes


Crab Cakes  -400*  12-16 minutes  cook uncovered


Coconut Shrimp- 400* 5 minutes uncovered


Pork Carnita’s & Bbq Pork - 400* 12-15 minutes, covered


Pork Tenderloin with sauce - 350*  16-20 minutes, covered, uncover last 5 minutes


Beef Short Ribs- 400* covered, 16-20 minutes, uncover last 5 minutes


Meatloaf- 400*, 12-15 minutes, covered, uncover last 5 minutes  

Southern Fried Chicken- 400*, cover with foil bake 20 minutes

Beef Taco- best to reheat in microwave

Beef Filet- These have been seared for you, you may finish on the grill or in the oven.
Oven Preheat to 425*, based on your preference of internal temp. Rare cook to 130*, Medium Rare, 138*, Medium Well 145*, Cooking time will depend on your oven, if using convection it will cook faster, temp after 12 minutes.
For Grill use the same method, cover, for 8 minutes and check temperature

Spanakopita - 425*, from frozen state 12-15 minutes, flip after 8 minutes.

Quiche- 350* from frozen state, about 20-25 minutes. (convection oven may cook faster)

Take & Bake Salmon-400*, uncovered 12-15 minutes, if you like a more well -done salmon 15-18 minutes max.

Reheating Vegetables -you will need to reheat them on low heat, keeping the oven at around 200-250 degrees Fahrenheit to not burn them or heat them too fast to a mush. To protect the steamed vegetables from both drying out and from becoming soggy, you should cover the vegetables with foil until the last few minutes of reheating. 


Microwave Instructions - Follow setting on your microwave for reheat- avoid piling food in center of the plate, spread food around the plate for even heating. 

Rice, Quinoa, Cous-Cous - add a little moisture a splash of water when reheating on stove top or microwave.


Polenta, Risotto and Pasta - can be reheated in oven 12-15 minutes with entrée, microwave is best for this items.


Take & Bake

Take & Bake Sandwiches 
Cubans & Rubens keep foil wrapped, bake 375* for 12-15 minutes
Turkey Rubens & Grilled Cheese can be done on griddle top pan, using butter or pan spray med high heat, until the way you like it.

Take & Bake Pizza- 400* on sheet pan, 8-12 minutes

Spanakopita - 425*, from frozen state 12-15 minutes, flip after 8 minutes. 

Take & Bake Cookies – 325* for 7-10 minutes, rotate pan, bake another 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.  

Take & Bake Scones – Bake in a 350* oven for 32 – 35 minutes or until golden brown.
