We require that all weddings at The Laurelbrook hire a coordinator and promise you won't be sorry. You are welcome to hire any other professional wedding planning company to coordinate your wedding day. We love working with other planners who bring in a fresh vision! "Month-Of" Coordination- $2,000

  • Whenever you are ready!
  • Initial "get-to-know-you" coffee date 
  • Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended rental selection)
  • Unlimited call and email throughout 

1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day

  • Creation of minute-by-minute timeline 
  • Walk-through of the venue to finalize layout 
  • Distribution of final details to vendors 

Wedding Week!

  • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" dessert date
  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
  • Full day-of coordination of wedding party, guests, and vendors 
  • Includes 2 coordinators day-of!
  • Additional planning tasks can be added!
