Outdoor concerts, live dance performances, a jazz series, and films are just some of the exciting events the NCMA offers throughout the year, at the Museum Park. Catering Works offers many convenient ways to enhance your event experience with a tantalizing line up of concessions.

Pre-Ordered Picnics

Pre-order your picnic box and skip the lines at the show! Picnic boxes are available until 72 hours prior to the event date. Modifications cannot be made and all boxes are as shown. 

Concerts 

The Plaza Concessions tent outside of the gates will offer: hot dogs, snacks, canned drinks and alcoholic beverages for purchase before and during the event. The East Café will have additional choices including hot food, cold sandwiches, salads, drinks, and alcoholic beverages. A concession stand positioned near the stage and restrooms will also offer snacks, drinks, beer and wine.

Additional full service bar or beer and wine tent(s) may be located inside the gates. 

The NCMA offers various beverages for purchase, including sodas, water, beer, cocktails, mocktails, wine and hard seltzers. Guests are unable to purchase more than two liquor drinks at a time. You must be at least 21 years of age to buy and consume alcohol; IDs are checked at the point of sale.

No outside food or drink is permitted, with the exception of factory-sealed water bottles.

Refillable water bottles are allowed, but they must be empty when you enter the Amphitheater. Water fountains are available near the restrooms to fill your bottles once inside the gates.

Coolers, ice chests, picnic baskets, and plastic storage containers for transporting food and ice are not allowed. Knives, wagons, and tables are also prohibited.

Food and beverage service will end 45 minutes before the event ends (some exceptions for earlier end time may occur).

Films

The Plaza Concessions tent is not offered during films. Disney films prohibit the sale of alcohol.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for pre-ordered picnic boxes must take place 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If the concert or movie cancels due to weather, the pre-ordered box will still be available to pickup from East Cafe, Wednesday through Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm (we advise no more than 24 hours after the cancelled show date).
