Catering Works is now offering virtual cooking courses. These are perfect for both corporate team building to create an engaging event for remote-based employees, as well as home based activity for a small group of your foodie friends!
Pricing is based on desired meal kit and course format. Our CEO & Culinary Director, Jill Santa Lucia and Executive Chef, Rich Carter are teaching these classes. Your class can be enhanced with the addition of desserts or wine. Whether you opt for a recipe based class or a full 3 course menu class, the results will feed 4 to 6 people.
Recipe Based Classes
Single Instructor 1 - 1/2 hour courses prepare 4 to 6 servings
Gnocchi with Brown Butter Sage Sauce ($39 meal kit cost)
Thai Curry with Seafood ($59 meal kit cost), Chicken ($49 meal kit cost) or Vegetarian ($39 meal kit cost)
plus $300 instructor fee for up to 6 virtual attendees

Two Instructor Coursed Menu 3 hour course prepare 4 to 6 servings
Flavors Of Provence- Pissaladiere -caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes, Chicken Provencal, Financiers with Pot de Crème ($185 menu kit cost)
Greek Town- Zucchini fritters with Tzatziki, Eggplant stuffed with lamb and pinenuts, choice or Baklava cheesecake parfait or Rosemary Orange Cake ($185 menu kit cost)
Spanish Tapas- Sangria, Patas Bravas- Spanish potatoes with smokey paprika , Gambas al aijillo (Garlic Shrimp), Spanish Pastries ($185 menu kit cost)
India- Lentil Soup, Coconut Curry Chicken, Aromatic Indian Rice, Mango Lassi ($185 menu kit cost)
plus $700 instructor fee for up to 10 virtual attendees
