Butterfly Mojito

Signature drinks themed to your color palette and style are our specialty! Looking for a magical jewel toned beverage? Look no further, this Blooming Butterfly Mojito is delicious and crowd pleasing.

The cocktail features rum, butterfly pea flower tea, and simple syrup, plus a dose of freshly squeezed lime juice. The edible blossom infuses the drink with an intense indigo tone that, when mixed with a high-acid ingredient, causes the color to shift from deep blue to pink or purple.
