The staff and food were outstanding. The menu choices went over well, and there were many positive comments. By adding the additional headcount, I had leftovers for lunch on Sunday, and today. A few observations: • The staff assigned to us were outstanding, they worked well together and were very helpful. They assisted the guests in such a kind and professional manner. • The fried turkey and pecan sauce was unbelievable! • Deserts, especially the almond horns were a big hit

Catering Works was a joy to work with for our wedding! My husband and I have multiple food allergies and the staff with catering works at our tasting were SUPER knowledgable and accommodating, we were able to create an incredible buffet menu that accommodated both of our allergies easily. On the day of we were able to have a handful of special plates to accommodate those with food allergies and the staff on site were super knowledgable and through as well, willing to confirm ingredients with us. The dishes we chose were unique takes on some basics and were a huge hit! Our guests were super impressed with food and service and we enjoyed it as well, it was incredible! We could not recommend them more and enjoyed working with the whole Catering Works team!

Catering Works did an amazing job at our wedding, we are so glad that we hired them! They were so flexible and easy to work with, responded quickly to any inquiry and provided delicious food that our guests were raving about. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, we were extremely impressed and satisfied. They even sent us with a gift basket of leftover food from appetizers to entrees to sides to desserts, which meant a lot to us since we didn’t have much time to enjoy it during the day! We all loved everything about the rehearsal dinner. The food was delicious the flower arrangements so beautiful the tables looked great. I loved working with Michelle and Tim and the other two servers they were all fantastic. I have a couple of the flower arrangements still here and they look as fresh as ever just a little bit a drying around the roses. We used five of them at the reception venue they looked great there. I was sent flowers from this florist as they were the contracted florist selected by 1800Flowers. The original arrangement was very beautiful, but the 3 roses were fully bloomed and knew they would expire within a day or two. I called and asked if they could just replace the 3 roses. She said she would send a new arrangement out and I explained that I am allergic to Lilies, so just the 3 roses would be perfectly fine :) Pam who I talked to was very sweet, and sent a new arrangement to me, same day I talked to her, and sent different flowers that I was not allergic to and even prettier than the original order. This was very sweet, and such great service. I immediately emailed my boyfriend to always order from them going forward. That is top notch customer service that you do not see very often.

Catering Works is just WONDERFUL--I can't say enough good things about you all. Thank you for all your help with both the wedding cake/dessert bar on Saturday and the Sunday brunch. I really appreciate your responsiveness and excellent follow up --thanks for keeping after me whenever I forgot to get back to you on things! We got so many compliments on the cakes, desserts and brunch. The desserts, wedding cake and birthday cake were AMAZING! Please pass along our compliments to the chefs and bakers! Everything was WONDERFUL yesterday afternoon. The layer cakes were absolutely stunning?the chocolate one was the first one gone. And the turtle cheesecake was the first one gone of the three cheesecakes. :) Also wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the two delivery people. Good afternoon.
I work at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Raleigh. Catering Works has catered several of our events, but yesterday?s dinner here is the first one I organized. Callie LeCher helped us design our menu, and Pam Walklet tweaked it with me to keep within budget and needs. Because I had not worked with you before or been in charge of such a large, important dinner (Board of Trustees and the Bishop!), I was rather nervous about fulfilling expectations. With your help, we surpassed them.
The food arrived on time and was set up perfectly. Not one thing was missing, and everything looked beautiful! (Often, ?fruit salad? is not as appealing as it sounds, but this one was a bowl of vibrant fresh fruit.) I?m always afraid there will not be enough food, but these portions were large, and we even had leftovers. You adhered so well to the dietary restrictions that everyone ate without hesitation. Even the students present remarked about how delicious the food was. It was such a relief to me how smoothly the evening went. Thank you for your attention to detail, for accommodating our requests, and for your service during planning and at the dinner.

I should have recorded my son's happy dance but got that snapshot instead. Cracks me up! This morning, Ty ( our son) was skipping down the stairs to kitchen much earlier than usual..eager to have the quiche. Lol. Then an hour later..here he comes...I'm ready for leftovers. This the sage chicken! Today we are having the polenta lasagna.. you guessed it..so excited. Lol! Ty took 2 packs of the popcorn to reserve for himself- hid it in his room. Absolutely not.
