Catering Works Social Media & Photography Policy

At Catering Works, we are proud of the events we help create and may document elements of an event for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Photography and Content Use

Catering Works, its employees, contractors, and authorized representatives may photograph or record event-related content, including but not limited to:

  • Food and beverage presentations
  • Tablescapes and décor
  • Event setups and venues
  • Catering staff in performance of services
  • General event ambiance and activities
  • These images and videos may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including publication on:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • Catering Works website
  • Email marketing materials
  • Printed marketing collateral
  • Other company-owned digital or social media platforms

Respect for Guest Privacy

Catering Works strives to use images that highlight our products, services, and event design while respecting the privacy of clients and guests. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid identifying individuals without permission when practical.

Client Opt-Out

By engaging Catering Works, clients acknowledge and consent to the use of event photographs and videos as described in this policy.

If a client does not wish for photographs or videos from their event to be used for promotional purposes, the client must provide written notice to Catering Works prior to the event date. Upon receipt of such notice, Catering Works will make reasonable efforts to refrain from capturing and/or publishing images from the event for marketing purposes.

Absent verbal or written notice from the client expressly declining participation, consent shall be deemed granted.
