Dulce de Leche Apple Fudge by Jill Santa Lucia
1 cup-Dried apples, chopped fine (love Bare Apple Chips)
14 oz can Dulce de leche
2.5 cups white chocolate chips
3 Tbs Butter, Unsalted
1 tsp salt
Line 8X8 Baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper
Using double boiler, combine; dulce de leche, chocolate chops, butter and salt, heat until all melted.
Mix in chopped diced dried apples, using a spatula spread until smooth and place in fridge for 2-3 hours until firm.
Once the fudge is firm, remove from pan and slice into squares, you should cut 6X5, 30 pieces. Very rich and delicious.
