Feeding the Community

Catering Works made food donations to the Interfaith Food Shuttle which totaled 4,607 pounds in 2011.  Donations such as these put fresh, nutritious food on the plates of at-risk children, working adults and seniors on limited incomes.  As we struggle to move beyond the recession, many individuals who once considered themselves secure have found themselves turning to public assistance, and the food distributed by Inter-Faith goes directly to low-income neighborhoods.  We are proud to be among the supporters of this wonderful organization.  For more information visit the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle's website.
