Gazpacho Shooters

- 2 Cucumbers, peeled
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 4 Large Tomatoes
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 1 Jalapeno
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 32 oz. Tomato Juice
- 4 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
- 4 oz. Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions: Combine all ingredients, puree and chill. Present in shot glasses with cucumber garnish.
