Serves 4
8 ounces PIMM'S CUP NO. 1
1 each GRANNY SMITH APPLE, cored and cut into thin slices
2 each ORANGES, CALIFORNIA, cut into (8) 1/4" slices
2 each LEMONS, cut into (8) 1/4" slices
1 each CUCUMBER, cut into (4) spears, each 3?4" long
1/4 bunch FRESH MINT, about (4) sprigs
1 bottle CHAMPAGNE
Cooking Instructions
Into each of 4 highball or straight tall glasses, pour 1/4 cup Pimm's No. 1. Add 2 apple slices, 2 orange slices, 2 lemon slices, a cucumber spear, and a mint sprig to each glass. (If possible, the mint and cucumber should stick out of the tip of the glass.) Fill each glass to the halfway point with Champagne, allow it to settle and then fill it to the rim. Serve immediately.
