Best Ever "Butta Beans"

On Thursday April 22nd, Catering Works was proud to participate in the NCMA members opening event. We featured a variety of southern inspired eclectic hors d'ouevres; like Scallope Ceviche on a chocolate tostada, Pickled Okra Sandwiches and a small plates station incorporating a pan-fried Catfish with Butterbean Succotash - it met with rave reviews! 1,000 guests were in attendance.
